The Flyer-Truck “C” series is designed for commercial use at airports as well as for private and business jets over 11.0 tonne take off weight. Alongside an innovative design, the models C200 and C250 offer technology in accordance with the latest standards. The “C” models are characterised by a ground-breaking and trendsetting docking system for the nose landing gear. All switch functions and operation controls are in the driver’s cabin, and the pickup process can easily be controlled from the cabin.

Cabin:

The modern stylish designed vehicle cabin comes with numerous special features and functions. The entire operating structure and all safety devices and electrical components can be found in the cabin, the standard equipment included is:

Landing gear docking device:
Hydraulically operated lifting gear via cabin.

Movable ramp
Different wheel dimensions can be mounted. The hydraulically controlled ramp can be moved by 20 cm depending on wheel size.

Rotatable closing doors
Two massive closing doors on the hydraulic wheel gate closing system have rotatable draw rolls to protect the landing gear in the mounting. Rotating wheel rolls avoid the frictional resistance and maintain the stability of the nose wheel.

Wheel down holder

The landing gear is protected with a wheel down holder.

Wheel gate safety system

The hydraulic wheel gate closing system has a mechanical safety system. It protects the closed doors against unexpected opening. The doors can be opened only when the mounting rack and the landing gear are at ground level.

The complete docking process can be controlled from the cabin
