LET L-410

The Let L-410 Turbolet is a twin-engine short-range regional airliner or cargo aircraft manufactured by Let Kunovice. Development for the aircraft commenced in the 1960s with the intention of replacing the Antonov An-2 with a new turboprop airliner. The initial productions were equipped with Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6-27 engines, later replaced by the Walter M601 engine once an appropriate Czech engine became available. The L-410 Turbolet features an unpressurized cabin and is constructed in a high-wing, all-metal configuration. Its performance is well-optimized, allowing the L-410 series to land on short and unprepared runways and operate under harsh weather conditions.

Red Box is delighted to offer an extensive range of ground power and support equipment for this aircraft, including tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, all meticulously suited to meet the specific requirements of the Let L-410 Turbolet aircraft.

This offering includes the 717 tug, the continuous power units, ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or continuous powering of equipment during operations without draining the onboard aircraft batteries, and the Twin RB50A for starting the aircraft, helping to avoid hot starts. Additionally, we provide a combination of start and continuous power in a single unit for the Let L-410 Turbolet aircraft in our TC3000 range.
