In you making initial contact you consent to Red Box International Ltd contacting you but you will need to opt-in to us maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until you either opt out (which you can do at any stage) or we decide to desist in promoting our services.

Retention Policy

Red Box International Ltd will process personal data during the duration of any contract/purchase and will continue to store only the personal data needed for 7 years after the contract/purchase has expired to meet any legal obligations. After 7 years any personal data not needed will be deleted.

Data is held in the United Kingdom using our servers.

Complaints

In the event that you wish to make a compliant about how your personal data is being processed by Red Box International Ltd or its partners, you have the right to complain to Red Box International Ltd Managing Director.
