Bell 222

The Bell 222 helicopter, inaugurated as the initial light commercial twin-turbine helicopter in the United States, made its maiden flight in 1976 and received approval in 1970. Subsequently, full-scale production commenced in 1980, resulting in the creation of approximately 199 aircraft.

Red Box Aviation is delighted to offer a selection of ground support equipment designed for Bell aircraft, encompassing start power units, continuous power units, and aircraft tugs.

For Bell 222 start power units, we highly recommend the RB50A. This versatile unit can seamlessly switch between 12V and 24V settings, delivering an exceptional power-to-weight ratio.
