Boeing 737

The Boeing 737, a 124-seat twinjet aircraft manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes, was conceptualized in 1964 with the designation Boeing 737-100 and took its inaugural flight in 1967. Boeing aimed to meet the rising demand for a 50+ passenger aircraft and to complement the Boeing 727 on shorter journeys. The lighter 737-200 variant was introduced a year later. Powered by two Pratt & Whitney JT8D engines mounted on the underside of the wings for a lighter structured fuselage, these initial models set the foundation for the 737’s success. The Boeing 737 held the title of the highest-selling commercial aircraft until 2019, maintaining the record for total deliveries to this day.

Red Box is delighted to present an extensive range of ground power equipment for this aircraft, including tugs, ground power units, start power units, and more, all meticulously tailored to meet the specific requirements of the Boeing 737 aircraft.

This includes the 717 tug, and the RBPS50 continuous power unit, ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or continuous powering of equipment during operations without draining the onboard aircraft batteries. Additionally, we offer a combination of start and continuous power in one unit for the Boeing 737 in our TC3000 range.
