Eurocopter Ec145

The Eurocopter EC145, now designated as the Airbus Helicopters H145, is a twin-engine, light utility helicopter developed and manufactured by Eurocopter, first introduced in 2002. The aircraft’s development was based on the BK 117 C1, with certain aspects drawn from the preceding EC135. The redesign of the EC145 underwent significant changes compared to earlier models, aiming to achieve greater range, increased payload and passenger capacity, along with reduced noise and vibration. The EC145 features composite rotor blades and is powered by upgraded Turboméca Arriel 2E engines.

Red Box is delighted to present an extensive range of ground power and support equipment for this aircraft, encompassing tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, perfectly suited to the requirements of the Eurocopter EC145 aircraft.

Our offerings include the RBPS50 continuous power unit—an excellent choice for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or providing continuous power during operations without depleting onboard aircraft batteries—and the RB50A for starting the aircraft, reducing the risk of hot starts. Additionally, our TC3000 range provides a combination of start and continuous power in a single unit designed specifically for Eurocopter EC145 aircraft.
