Gulfstream III

The Gulfstream III is a twin-engine business jet, manufactured by Gulfstream Aerospace and introduced in 1980. The Gulfstream III is an improved variant of the Grumman Gulfstream II, inspired by the previously made efforts to synthesize a clean-sheet new wing with improved airfoil and construction, however as similar performance was achieved utilising a modified version of the existing wing, the design was subsequently ceased. Significant changes comprise of the extended fuselage, improved flight instruments and auto-pilot, as well as advanced instruments installed for the Rolls-Royce Spey 511-8 engine. The C-20 designation was given to aircrafts utilised by the U.S. Air Force, with configurations in place to accommodate for troops and crew.

Red Box is pleased to offer a great range of ground power and support equipment for this aircraft, including tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, which are perfectly suited to the requirements of the Gulfstream III aircraft.
