Sikorsky S-76 Spirit

The Sikorsky S-76 Spirit, a medium-sized commercial utility helicopter, has been manufactured by the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation since 1977. Designed to serve as a medium-sized corporate transport and support helicopter for oil rigs, the Spirit represents Sikorsky’s inaugural venture intended exclusively for commercial use. The aircraft features twin Rolls Royce (Allison) 250-C30S turboshaft engines driving four-bladed main and tail rotors, along with retractable landing gear. Sikorsky proceeded to produce several variants for the aircraft, and also opted to upgrade a number of their initial S-76 A models with more powerful engines and modified configurations.

Red Box is delighted to present an extensive range of ground power and support equipment tailored for the Sikorsky S-76 Spirit aircraft. Our offerings include tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, meticulously designed to meet the specific requirements of the Sikorsky S-76 Spirit.

This selection features the 717 tug, the RBSC100 continuous power unit—ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or continuous powering of equipment during operations without depleting the onboard aircraft batteries—and the RB75A for starting the aircraft, aiding in the prevention of hot starts.
