Sikorsky S76

The Sikorsky S-76 Spirit is a commercially utilized, medium-sized helicopter manufactured by the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation since 1977. Specifically designed to serve as a medium-sized corporate transport and provide support for oil rigs, the Spirit represents Sikorsky’s inaugural venture exclusively intended for commercial use. The design incorporates twin Rolls Royce (Allison) 250-C30S turboshaft engines propelling four-bladed main and tail rotors, along with retractable landing gear. Sikorsky has produced several variants for the aircraft and opted to enhance some of their original S-76 A models with more powerful engines and modified configurations.

Red Box is delighted to present an extensive range of ground power and support equipment for this aircraft, comprising tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, meticulously designed to meet the specific requirements of the Sikorsky S-76 Spirit aircraft.

This selection includes the 717 tug, and the RBSC100 continuous power unit, ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or continuous powering of equipment during operations, without depleting the onboard aircraft batteries. The Twin RB75A is available for starting the aircraft, mitigating the risk of hot starts. Additionally, we provide a combination of start and continuous power in a single unit for the Sikorsky S-76 Spirit aircraft in our TC3000 range.
