Sikorsky Sh-60 Seahawk

The Sikorsky SH-60 Seahawk, introduced in 1984, is a multi-mission maritime utility helicopter with twin turboshaft engines. Derived from the UH-60 Black Hawk, the SH-60 shares several aspects with its predecessor. The newly developed SH-60 Seahawk underwent modifications to accommodate various roles, with a notable change being the installation of a folding main rotor and a hinged tail. This adaptation allowed the Seahawk to land and deploy from any air-capable frigate or ship, establishing its excellence as an anti-submarine helicopter. It also had capabilities for anti-surface and naval special warfare, and could be configured for roles such as medevac, search and rescue, or combat search and rescue. The SH-60 Seahawk continues to be in production.

Red Box is delighted to present an extensive range of ground power and support equipment for this aircraft, including tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, precisely suited to the requirements of the Sikorsky SH-60 Seahawk.

This selection includes the 747C tug, and the RBSC100 continuous power unit, ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or continuous powering of equipment during operations without depleting the onboard aircraft batteries. The Twin RB75A is available for starting the aircraft, helping to avoid hot starts. Additionally, we provide a combination of start and continuous power in a single unit for the Sikorsky SH-60 Seahawk aircraft in our TC3000 range.
