The Dassault Falcon 7X is a long-range intercontinental business jet, manufactured by Dassault Aviation. First introduced at the 2001 Paris Air Show, the Falcon 7X trijet entered service in 2007. The design was loosely based on the predecessing Falcon 900EX, with a re-envisioned higher wing sweep, extended fuselage and spacious cabin. TheFalcon 7X is a cantilever monoplane with a tricycle landing gear and advanced EASy avionics. It also utilised the Pratt & Whitney Canada PW307A in a trijet configuration, with an S-duct central engine mounted on the rear fuselage. This composition makes the Falcon 7X one of the two trijets manufactured by Dassault.
