Red Box International of the UK and Eagle Tugs of the US have both chosen Aerospace Resources Ltd and their Libyan JV partners as re-sellers for Libya
Farnborough Airshow, 11th July 2012: Aerospace Resources Ltd and their Libyan JV partners SAS International Holdings today announced the signing of two re-seller agreements for aircraft Ground Support equipment.
Aerospace Resources Ltd (‘ARL’) will be responsible for the supply into the Libyan aviation market of Red Box International’s complete product range including Ground Power Units, Continuous Power units, rectifiers, specialist inspection equipment and light tugs. Red Box are providing continuous power supply units and GPUs for aircraft exhibiting on the static park during the Farnborough Airshow.
ARL has also secured exclusive rights for the Libyan territory to supply the complete range of civil and military aircraft tugs and tractors produced by Eagle Tugs of Michigan, USA.

Since the fall of the Gaddafi regime last year Libya has been working to re-equip its air force and civil operators with more modern western equipment. UN trade embargoes are still in place, however ARL – working closely with the British government body UK Trade and Investment – is fast establishing itself as a key facilitator for companies worldwide wishing to access the Libyan civil and military aviation markets.
