Airbus Helicopter (Eurocopter) HH-65A Dolphin

The Eurocopter HH-65 Dolphin, a twin-engined helicopter and a modified variant of the Eurocopter AS365 Dauphin, has been optimized for search and rescue applications. Initially chosen by the U.S. Coast Guard in 1979 to replace the Sikorsky HH-52A helicopter, the Dolphin features twin Lycoming LTS-101 engines and a corrosion-resistant composite airframe. Notably, its avionics incorporate automatic flight control capabilities facilitated by a computerized flight management system, which was innovative in the aviation market at the time.

Red Box is delighted to offer a comprehensive range of ground power and support equipment designed for the Eurocopter MH-65A Dolphin aircraft. Our offerings include tugs, ground power units, start power units and more.

Key products for the Eurocopter MH-65A Dolphin include the popular 709 tug, the RBSC100 continuous power unit—ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or continuous powering of equipment during operations without depleting the onboard aircraft batteries—and the RB75A for starting the aircraft, helping to avoid hot starts. Additionally, we offer a combination of start and continuous power in one unit for the Eurocopter MH-65A Dolphin aircraft in our TC3000 range.
