Cessna 182

Introduced in 1956, the Cessna 182 Skylane, among Cessna’s most popular aircraft, is a four-seat, single-engined light utility aircraft. While closely resembling the Cessna 180, this new model is equipped with a tricycle landing gear. Constructed entirely of metal, subsequent variants of the Cessna 182 were developed over the years. Some of the newer versions featured retractable landing gear and the option to add two child seats in the baggage area.

Red Box is delighted to present an excellent range of ground power equipment tailored for this aircraft. Our offerings include tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, all meticulously designed to meet the requirements of the Cessna 182 aircraft.

This selection encompasses the 701D tug, and the RBPS25 continuous power unit. The RBPS25 is particularly useful for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or continuous powering of equipment during operations without draining the onboard aircraft batteries. Additionally, the RB25A is available for starting the aircraft, helping to prevent hot starts. For added convenience, we also provide a combination of start and continuous power in one unit for the Cessna 182 in our TC3000 range.
