The Cessna 337 ‘Super’ Skymaster was introduced in early 1965, as a larger and more powerful variant of its predecessor, the Cessna 336 Skymaster. The Cessna 337A featured some minor changes to the design of the original model, with further amendments made to designate the Cessna 337B. The 337B had accommodated for an optional belly cargo unit, resulting in increased MTOW.
