Cessna Citation II 550/551

Announced in 1976, the Cessna Citation II (Model 550) stands as a light corporate jet, drawing inspiration from the design of the Citation I. The fuselage of the Citation I was extended to accommodate increased seating capacity and an enhanced luggage compartment. Cessna initiated production for the Citation II (Model 550) in 1976, subsequently introducing a single-pilot version named Citation II/SP (Model 551). These models were concurrently produced until the introduction of the next variant, the Citation Bravo.
