Dornier Do 228Ng

Dornier Do 228Ng Ground Power Equipment at Red Box AviationThe original Dornier Do 228 is a twin-turboprop utility aircraft with STOL performance, designed and initially manufactured by Dornier GmbH. In 2007, the company proposed building a new, modernized variant of the Do 228, naming the new aircraft the Dornier 228 New Generation, or Do 228NG. Productions commenced in 2009, with several significant changed to the original design. These included a glass cockpit, with modernised control and navigations systems fitted, while maintaining the same airframe as its predecessor. The Do 228 NG was powered by twin Honeywell TPE331-10 engines alongside improved 5-blade propellers, these amendments have resulted in the Do 228NG being more efficient, achiving a longer range, while also producing less vibration and noise.

Red Box is pleased to offer a great range of ground power equipment for this aircraft, including tugs, ground power units, start power units, aviation tools, and more, which are perfectly suited to the requirements of the Dornier Do 228NG aircrafts.
