Based on the Beechcraft King Air, Super King Air and later 1900, the Beechcraft C-12 Huron series aircrafts were the military variants of the aforementioned. The C-12’s were modified in order to be used in a variety of roles, some as simple as cargo or passenger transport, as well as medevac, embassy support and liaison or surveillance. In order to accommodate for the requirements of these roles, the cabin/cargo space layout was adaptable as needed, while the general structure of the aircraft remained unchanged. The initial C-12A modelws were sold to the U.S. Army, derived from the King Air A200, for liaison and transport purposes.
