Piper Comanche

The Piper PA-24 Comanche, introduced in 1958, is a light civil utility aircraft crafted by Piper Aircraft. The initial model was equipped with a single Lycoming O-360-A1A engine. Among the subsequent variants in the series, the Piper PA-24-250 Comanche, which entered production in 1958, stands out. This new model featured a carbureted Lycoming O-540-AIA5 engine, boasting 250 horsepower. However, some later-produced versions were outfitted with the fuel-injected alternative.
