Sikorsky S76 D

The Sikorsky S-76 Spirit, a medium-sized commercial utility helicopter, has been manufactured by the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation since 1977. Crafted to serve as a medium-sized corporate transport and provide support for oil rigs, the Spirit marks Sikorsky’s inaugural development exclusively intended for commercial use. The design features twin Rolls Royce (Allison) 250-C30S turboshaft engines propelling four-bladed main and tail rotors, complemented by a retractable landing gear. The latest variant, the S-76D, is equipped with twin Pratt & Whitney Canada PW210S engines, aiming to achieve reduced noise levels and enhanced avionics.

Red Box is delighted to present an extensive range of ground power and support equipment tailored for this aircraft, comprising tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, meticulously designed to meet the specific requirements of the Sikorsky S-76D aircraft.

This selection includes the 717 tug, and the RBSC100 continuous power unit, ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks, or continuous powering of equipment during operations without depleting the onboard aircraft batteries. The Twin RB75A is available for starting the aircraft, mitigating the risk of hot starts. Additionally, we provide a combination of start and continuous power in a single unit for the Sikorsky S-76D aircraft in our TC3000 range.
