SFC - Static Frequency Converter/ 10KVA TO 400KVA- 400HZ

Static Frequency Converters (SFC) convert the source power with a specific input voltage in to a different output voltage and frequency, depending on what the customer requires.

A SFC is part of standard Ground Support Equipment, it is the safest solution for aircraft power supply requirements on the ground. The SFC is used to supply voltage and load variations.

Solid state frequency converters are sensitive to temperature and humid environments, which means that they require air conditioning, whilst their typical lifetime is around 10 years of continual service.

Our RBC8000 range of Static frequency converters and Semi-Mobile frequency converters deliver an output of 200V 3 phase 400 Hz to the aircraft through a SINGLE or DUAL OUTPUT contactor and can be connected to a standard 380V to 415V 3 phase 50Hz mains or other.

They come as standard ready to be fixed in place or, alternatively you can order these units with a set of caster wheels for easy movement around the hanger.
