Bombardier (Business) Learjet 31

Introduced in 1990, the Learjet 31 is a small, twin-engined, high-speed business jet, developed and manufactured by Learjet as a successor of the Learjet 29. The Learjet 31 was excellently optimised for high-altitude operations while maintaining reliable performance. This was achieved by combining the Longhorn wing design with the powerful engines derived from the Learjet 35/36 model, mounted on the rear of the same model’s fuselage. The downside of this configuration was a small, cramped cabin with minimised space for luggage. This led to fewer orders than anticipated, and Learjet began to work on a more advanced variant soon after the Learjet 31 entered service.

Red Box is pleased to offer a great range of ground power equipment for this aircraft, including tugs, ground power units, start power units and more, which are perfectly suited to the requirements of the Learjet 31 aircraft.

This includes the 747C tug, and the RBSC150 continuous power unit, which is ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks or for continuous powering of equipment during operations, without draining the onboard aircraft batteries and the Twin RB75A for starting the aircraft, helping to avoid hot starts. We also offer a combination of start and continuous power in one unit for the Learjet 31 in our TC3000 range.
