Embraer KC-390

The Embraer C-390 is a twinjet, military transport aircraft which is able to perform aerial refuelling and to transport cargo and troops. This can be achieved with the two wing-mounted probe and drogue pods, which can deliver up to 1,500L per minute from a fuel capacity of over 75,000lbs. It is the heaviest aircraft Embraer has made to date and is able to transport up to 80 soldiers or 66 paratroopers with full gear and 26 tonnes (29 tons) of cargo, including armoured vehicles.
It is a high wing aircraft which has forward mounted twin turbofans with anhedral angle, it also has slats and up to 40° high-lift flaps. The landing gear has low-pressure tires for soft, unpaved ground or damaged runways. The C-390 also utilises fly-by-wire flight controls with active sidesticks, allowing a load factor of up to 3G.
