The Honda HA-420 HondaJet is a successful light business jet, produced by the Honda Aircraft Company. Honda had completed extensive reaserch and testing of existing projects and aircrafts from 1997, before finalising their design in 1999. The HA-420 development was a low-wing monoplane with composite fuselage and aluminium wings, with the two GE Honda HF120 engines mounted over the wings. This allowed for a more spacious and comfortable cabin, accomodating 6-8 passengers. The HondaJet HA-420 and its variants have received a significant amount of aeronautic design and innovation accolades.
